Like Mom began in 2007. I had been
an Au Pair for awhile and wanted to
start my own business. Having a
passion for children and their well
being I decided to start an
exclusive Au Pair agency where
families could come and be
guaranteed of finding the perfect
match for their family. As a mom of
two I also know exactly what
families look for in an Au Pair.
We
understand that you only want the
very best for your children and we
pride ourselves in finding you the
most suitable au pair to meet your
children’s needs when you cannot be
there. We try to match the au pair
as best we can to you, taking
religion, values and beliefs into
consideration so that we can provide
you someone that is ‘just like you’
and in this way we create
consistency with your children. We
really do pride ourselves in being
the top Au Pair agency in the
country and we strive to provide the
Best possible ongoing service to
both our Families & Au Pairs.
Just Like
Mom is probably the most selective au pair company in
SA. Having children of our own, each and every interview
we do whilst looking for the perfect candidate, we do
with the question ‘will I entrust my children to this au
pair'? If we are not 100% certain of them, then we do
not even keep them on our database, let alone send them
to you. At present we are based in Fourways, Gauteng and
do mostly JHB placements. However
we have
assisted families in Cape Town & KZN
as well as internationally.
